# Contact Liftify support

> Reach Liftify support from any page using the help button, and know what to include and when to expect a reply.

You do not have to leave Liftify to ask for help. A round help button sits in the bottom-right corner of every page — hover it and it reads "Need help? Contact support".

## Send a message

1. Click the help button in the bottom-right corner. The **Contact Support** window opens.
2. Check **First Name**, **Last Name**, and **Email**. These are filled in from your profile already. The reply comes back to whatever address is in **Email**, so change it if you want the answer somewhere else.
3. Write a short **Subject**. The placeholder suggests "e.g. Trouble with campaign setup".
4. Describe the problem in **Description** — the box prompts "Describe your issue or question...".
5. Click **Send Message**. The button reads **Sending...** while it goes.

When it lands you will see **Message Sent!** and a confirmation naming the address the reply will go to. Click **Close** to get back to what you were doing.

## What Liftify sends with your message

Along with what you type, Liftify automatically includes the page you were on
when you opened the help button, plus your name, email and account. So it helps
to open it from the page where the problem is rather than from the dashboard.

## When to expect a reply

The form says: **We typically respond within 1 business day**.

## Prefer email?

The window also gives you the direct address: write to [support@liftify.com](mailto:support@liftify.com). It reaches the same people. The confirmation screen repeats it, so you can always reach support that way even if you are not signed in.
