# Set your company branding

> Upload your logo, set the four theme colours, and know exactly which pages your customers see them on.

Liftify holds one logo and four colours for your account. They are used on the pages your customers land on when they follow a link from you — not on every screen in the product, and not on the emails and texts themselves. This page covers what to set and where each thing actually appears.

You need the **Manage Account Settings (details, branding)** permission. It isn't available to users whose access is restricted to specific locations.

## Open the Branding page

1. In the left sidebar, click the circle with your initials, then **User Settings**.
2. Under **Company**, click **Branding**.

## Logo

The **Logo** box shows the image on file, or a placeholder if there isn't one. Click **Upload Image** — or **Replace Image**, once an image exists — and pick a file.

Nothing saves until you click **Save Changes** at the bottom of the page.

<Note>
  There's no way to remove the account logo from this page, only to replace it. If you need it taken off entirely, contact Liftify support.
</Note>

## Theme Colors

Four colours, each with a coloured square and a box for the hex value. Click the square to pick a colour, or type a hex value like `#3767AA` straight into the box.

| Field                        | What it does                                        |
| ---------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Greeting - Font** | *"Font color for the greeting box text"* |
| **Greeting - Background** | *"Background color for the greeting box"* |
| **CTA Buttons - Font** | *"Font color for the call-to-action buttons"* |
| **CTA Buttons - Background** | *"Background color for the call-to-action buttons"* |

The greeting box is the quoted message at the top of your Liftify review page. The call-to-action buttons are the review-site buttons below it — the ones a customer taps to leave a review.

Click **Save Changes**. Liftify confirms with "Branding updated successfully."

<Warning>
  Don't clear a colour field. Every account arrives with all four colours set, and an empty field shows a Liftify default in the form that your review page does not reliably use. Replace a colour rather than emptying it.
</Warning>

<Tip>
  Pick colours with real contrast between font and background in each pair. The greeting text sits directly on the greeting background, and the button text sits directly on the button background — a pale colour on a pale colour is unreadable on a phone in daylight.
</Tip>

## Where your branding actually appears

This is the part worth being precise about.

**Your Liftify review page** — the page a customer reaches from a review request. It uses all four colours, and it shows a logo. The location's own logo wins here; your account logo is the fallback for locations that don't have one.

**The unsubscribe page** — same logo rule, and it uses the greeting colours.

**QR codes** — a new QR code starts with **CTA Buttons - Background** as its **QR Color**, and you can override it per code. The logo in the middle of a code follows a chain: the code's own custom logo, then the location's logo, then your account logo. See [Create a QR code](../qr-codes/create-a-qr-code).

**Inside Liftify** — your account logo appears on the account tile in the sidebar (initials show instead when there's no logo) and at the top of each location's page.

**Where it does not appear:** the emails and text messages Liftify sends carry no logo or theme colours, and neither do survey pages. Your branding is on the pages those messages link to, not in the messages themselves.

## Your company name is on a different page

**Branding** covers the logo and colours only. The company name — the name shown on the account tile, in the account switcher, and used across the product — lives one page up.

1. Under **Company**, click **Account Details**.
2. Edit **Company Name**. It's required, and it has to be unique.
3. The same page holds **Entity Name**, your address, **Phone Number**, **Primary Contact** and **Title**, and **Industry or Service**.
4. Click **Save Changes**. Liftify confirms with "Account details updated successfully."

## Troubleshooting

### I don't see Branding in the settings menu

Your role doesn't include **Manage Account Settings (details, branding)**, or your access is limited to specific locations. Ask whoever manages roles in your account.

### I uploaded a logo and my customers still see the old one

Check the location, not the account. A location with its own logo uses that one on the review page, and your account logo never overrides it.

### The colour I typed didn't take

The colour boxes accept whatever you type — a typo saves without any error and then shows up wrong on your review page. Type a full six-digit hex value including the leading `#`, or use the colour square instead of typing, and check the review page afterwards.

Also make sure you clicked **Save Changes**. Picking a colour on its own saves nothing.
