Angi reviews, Tasks, surveys in SMS
Angi reviews are here. Connect Angi as a review source, then find and
filter Angi reviews right alongside Google and Facebook. Any reply you have
already posted on Angi comes across with the review.Tickets are now Tasks. Same workflow, clearer name — and Tasks now show up
inside the Reviews and Surveys apps, so you can work follow-ups where they
started. Notification settings gained a Notify me about control so you only
hear about the tasks that are yours.Surveys inside text messages. Customers can now answer surveys embedded
directly in SMS — no link-tapping required.Review protection improvements. Report a policy-violating review straight
from its task, and dismiss individual flagged reviews you’ve decided are fine.Campaign clarity. The campaign detail page now shows each campaign’s entry
and exit rule conditions at a glance.Admin quality of life. Export your Users list to CSV, see each user’s
location access on Settings → Users, and merge duplicate employee records
into one.
