If you look after more than one business in Liftify, you can move between them without signing out.

Who sees the switcher

The switcher only appears if you have access to more than one active Liftify account. With a single account, the account name and logo are shown as context only — there’s nothing to click. Accounts that have been deactivated don’t appear in the list.

Switch accounts

  1. In the left sidebar, click the circle with your initials.
  2. Under Account, click the button showing your current account name.
  3. The Switch Account window opens with a list of the accounts you can reach. The one you’re in has a tick beside it.
  4. Click the account you want.
To narrow a long list, type into Search accounts…. If nothing matches you’ll see “No accounts match your search”. Close the window without switching by clicking the X in its top corner, or by clicking outside it.
On a desktop screen you can also open the switcher by clicking the account logo tile just above your initials in the sidebar.

Where you land

Switching keeps you on the same part of the portal. If you’re looking at your reviews list and switch accounts, you land on the reviews list for the new account. Two things do not carry across:
  • Individual records. If you were viewing one specific review, contact or location, you land on that section’s list instead, because that record belongs to the account you just left.
  • Filters and saved views. Any filtering you’d applied is cleared, since those often point at records from the previous account.

Working in two accounts at once

Each browser tab keeps its own account. Open a second tab, switch accounts there, and the first tab stays where it was — handy if you’re comparing two businesses.

The account you land in when you first sign in is your Primary Account, which you set on your profile. See Update your profile.
