You’ve hit a full-screen message reading Your locations are inactive, with the line “All of the locations you have access to in [your company] are currently inactive. Please contact your Liftify account manager to restore access.” The only button is Sign Out. Here’s what that means.

What happened

Your Liftify access is limited to specific locations, and every one of those locations has been made inactive. There’s nothing left for you to see, so Liftify says so plainly instead of showing you empty pages everywhere. Two things this is not:
  • It is not your account being shut off. The account is still active, and colleagues whose access covers other locations are working normally.
  • It is not a sign-in problem. You are signed in. Signing out and back in won’t change anything.

What to do

Contact your Liftify account manager and ask for the locations to be restored, or for your access to be pointed at a location that’s still active. Locations are made active and inactive by Liftify, not from the client portal — there’s no setting you can flip yourself. Whoever manages users in your account can also confirm which locations your login is restricted to.

When it goes away

The message clears on its own the moment one of your locations is made active again, or your access is widened to include an active one. Reload the page and you’re back in.
If you see a different message — that the account itself is inactive — that’s a separate situation. Contact your Liftify account manager for that one too.
