Your profile holds the details Liftify uses for you personally — your name, how to reach you, your timezone, and which account you land in when you sign in. Everyone with portal access can edit their own profile; it isn’t controlled by your role.

Open your profile

  1. In the left sidebar, click the circle with your initials.
  2. Click User Settings.
You land on the Profile page. The menu on the left has a User section with Profile and Notifications in it. To go back to the rest of the portal, click Exit Settings at the top of that menu.

What you can change

When you’re done, click Save Changes. You’ll see “Profile updated successfully.”

Changing your email

As soon as you edit the Email field, a warning appears: “Changing your email will also change the email used to log in.” Make sure the new address is one you can actually receive mail at — sign-in links go there.

Primary Account

If you have access to more than one Liftify account, Primary Account decides which one you land in after signing in. The page explains it as: “The account you’ll land in when you sign in. You can still switch accounts anytime from the sidebar.” See Switch between accounts for how the switching works.

Notification settings

Your notification preferences live on their own page. In the settings menu, under User, click Notifications.

Sign out

Click the circle with your initials in the left sidebar, then click Sign Out.
