Start here: the list shows the last 30 days
When you open Reviews, the list is already filtered to the Last 30 days. The Review Date pill shows which range is in effect. If a review you expect is missing, this is the first thing to check — open Review Date and choose a wider range or All time. The number next to the Reviews page title is the count of reviews matching your current filters, not your all-time total. Reviews are listed newest first, 15 to a page.Narrow the list from the sub-navigation
Under Reviews in the left navigation there is a Reviews group with five ready-made views, each showing a live count:
Any saved views you have made or that a colleague shared with you are listed underneath these.
Filter pills
Above the list is a row of pills. Click one to open its menu; your choice applies straight away and the pill shows how many options you picked.- Rating — pick any combination of 5 Stars through 1 Star, plus Not Rated for reviews that carry no star rating (some Facebook reviews). All Ratings clears the choice.
- Location — one or more of your locations. All Locations clears it.
- Source — Google, Facebook, Yelp, or BBB. One at a time.
- Violation Status — reviews you or Liftify have flagged as a possible content-policy violation. See Report a review that breaks Google’s policies.
- Reply Status — Replied or Haven’t Replied. This is the fastest way to find your outstanding work.
- Review Status — Active (the default), Removed, or All.
- Updated — Updated only shows reviews the customer edited and reposted.
- Review Date — Last day, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Month to date, Quarter to date, Year to date, All time, or a custom start and end date.
- Custom — filters on your own custom review fields, if your account uses them.
Rating and Review Date work together, so a combination like “1 Star” plus “Year to date” is fine. But the sub-navigation views set these same filters — clicking 1 Star in the sub-navigation is the same thing as picking 1 Star in the Rating pill.
Clearing filters
When at least one filter is active, a small round x button appears at the far left of the pill row. Click it to clear everything and go back to the full list. It disappears when nothing is filtered. If your filters match nothing, the page shows No reviews found with “No reviews match your current filters” and a Clear filters button. If no reviews have ever synced, you get No reviews yet instead.Search
The search control is the magnifying-glass button at the right-hand end of the pill row. Click it, the box expands, type your text, and press Enter — nothing happens until you press Enter. The small x inside the box clears the search and closes it again.Save a view you use often
A saved view remembers the filters you have set, so you can get back to them in one click.- Set the filters you want.
- Click Save View at the right-hand end of the pill row.
- In the Save View window, type a View Name.
- Choose a Sharing option:
- Private - Only visible to me
- Share with specific users — then tick people under Select Users
- Share with specific locations — then tick locations under Select Locations
- Click Save.
Change or delete a saved view
- With one of your own saved views open, the Update View button appears next to Save View. Click it to overwrite that view with the filters currently on screen.
- Hover over a saved view in the sub-navigation and a ”…” button appears at the right. It opens a small menu with Edit (rename it or change who it is shared with, without touching its filters) and Delete. Deleting asks you to confirm: “Are you sure you want to delete the [name] view?”
Export what you are looking at
Click Export CSV at the top right of the Reviews page. The file covers every review matching your current filters, not just the page on screen, and downloads as a spreadsheet named with the date and time. Each row includes the reviewer’s name, rating, review date, last updated date, the review text, the source, the location and account name, your posted reply, whether it has been replied to, whether the review is active or archived, any linked ticket, and details of the customer the review was matched to, including your custom customer fields. Accounts using violation tracking also get the violation columns.Export CSV only appears if your role includes the Export review data permission. Ask whoever manages your Liftify users if you need it.
