If your organization uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you can sign in to Liftify with that account instead of waiting for an emailed link.
- Go to the Liftify sign-in page. You’ll see Welcome back and Sign in to your account.
- Type your work email into Email address and click Continue.
- The page now says Signing in as followed by your email. Click Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.
- Sign in with Google or Microsoft as you normally would, and approve the request if you’re asked to.
- You’re returned to Liftify with the message “You’re now signed in with Google” (or Microsoft).
If you change your mind at step 3, click ← Use a different email to go back.
The sign-in options are set up for your organization, so what appears on step 3 varies:
- Both buttons — you can use either provider.
- One button — your organization has standardised on that provider.
- No buttons — sign in with an emailed link instead. See Sign in with a magic link.
- No Send Magic Link button — your organization requires Google or Microsoft sign-in, so the emailed link isn’t offered.
You can’t change this yourself. If the option you expect is missing, ask whoever manages your Liftify account, or email support@liftify.com.
Use the same email you typed in
Liftify checks that the Google or Microsoft account you sign in with matches the email you entered on the first screen. If you pick a different account at Google or Microsoft, you’ll see:
“The email from Google doesn’t match the email you entered. Please try again with the correct account.”
Either sign in again with the matching account, or click ← Use a different email and start over with the address you actually want to use.
Signing in with Google or Microsoft never creates a new Liftify user. It only signs in a user that already exists with that email address.
Messages you might see
“This email is not associated with a Liftify account. Please contact your administrator.” — no Liftify user exists with that email address. Ask whoever manages users on your account to add you.
“Google sign-in is not enabled for your account.” — that provider isn’t switched on for your organization. Try the other button, or an emailed link.
“Your email address has not been verified by Google. Please verify your email and try again.” — verify your email address with Google or Microsoft first, then come back.
“Something went wrong during sign-in. Please try again.” — the handoff between Liftify and the provider didn’t complete. Start again from the sign-in page rather than from a saved link.
“Your account has been deactivated. Please contact your administrator.” — your user has been switched off in Liftify.
“Your account is not yet associated with any organization. Please contact your administrator.” — your user exists but isn’t attached to a Liftify account.
“Your organization’s account is inactive. Please contact your Liftify account manager.” — the Liftify account itself has been deactivated.
If you cancel at the Google or Microsoft screen, you’re simply returned to the Liftify sign-in page with no message.
